First Time Buyer?

Selling your home/house/condominium and buying your (new) home/house/condominium on the same day... whew...this can be a very stressful day!!!

You've packed up all your belongings and you're en route to your new house, but you can't move in until your Real Estate Lawyer officially closes the deal on your purchase.

Unfortunately, the house that you're selling is solely dependent on the purchaser's Real Estate Lawyer getting the money to the vendor's Real Estate Lawyer in a timely fashion so the trust money can be used to purchase your (new) home/house/condominium. Like I said, whew!

Generally speaking, on a day when you are selling your home/house/condominium and buying your (new) home/house/condominium, you should expect for the transaction to close in the very late afternoon. Once your purchase closes, you can pick up the keys to your (new) home/house/condominium, from your Real Estate Lawyer's office and finally move in.

As your Real Estate Lawyer, I know how stressful this can be and I will do my utmost to get the keys into your hands as early as possible...to make your move just a little less stressful!
